• The event is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• RSVP is required for entry and must be submitted via the official event page.

3. Changes to the Event
• ABF Prints reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via email or SMS.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• ABF Prints is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

• Participation in activities such as the cornhole challenge or raffles is at your own risk.

5. Privacy Policy

• Information collected through the RSVP form is used solely for event organization and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the event’s objectives.

6. Raffles and Giveaways

• All raffle and giveaway entries must be earned or submitted on-site during the event.

• Winners must be present to claim prizes. ABF Prints reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

7. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times during the event.

• ABF Prints reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8. SMS Notifications

• By RSVPing, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to the event. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and materials provided by ABF Prints remain the property of ABF Prints and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law.
